Delivery & Return

Delivery at BEYUG is something that is very important. It must be fast, free and the follow-up must be available at any time.

Delivery costs in France (free of charge): BEYUG guarantees delivery in France (metropolitan France and Monaco) within 48 hours (working days), free of charge via the Colissimo service. With the tracking number that will be given to you by Colissimo and that you will receive by email after placing an order, you can check the status of the delivery at any time.

International delivery (free): BEYUG guarantees delivery to countries all over the world within 5 to 10 days (working days) depending on the destination country, free of charge via the Colissimo service. With the tracking number that will be given to you by Colissimo and that you will receive by email after placing an order, you can check the status of the delivery at any time.

Return & Exchange: BEYUG will refund or exchange your items within 15 days. To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label at your expense. Items returned to us without a return request will not be accepted.
